The plugin does not work for me. The only thing that I got was a message 'Your browser doesn't have Flash, Silverlight or HTML5 support.' on any browser that I tried (I am using the latest versions of various browsers). This problem has been reported by multiple people in the support section (including me) by no response from the team. So disappointed.
