Всё получилось, хотя и не с первого раза)

Огромное спасибо автору за уделенное время и помощь в выявлении причин того, почему приложение выдавало ошибку. В конечном итоге проблема оказалась на стороне моей группы в ок.ру, а именно баг с выдачей прав на создание товара. Но это уже в саппорт к ок.ру.

Плагин со своей задачей справился, Получение разрешений на публикацию от администрации
ок.ру пришло через 3 дня, Создать приложение тоже ни чего сложного. Один минус, но скорее это не минус а моя ошибка, каждого товара оказалось в группе ОК по три штуки). А общем всё хорошо
