After Activate the plugin Go to Settings–>Vertical Ticker Settings

Can i change the directions of Ticker ?: Yes, you can change it with two options like up and down.
Is there any option to set, how many post to show in ticker ?: Yes,you can set the number of post to show n ticker through admin settings
Can i able switch to horizontal mode ?: No, Now we only have option for vertical.
