There’s no answer, so apparently the plugin doesn’t work and is not supported.

Unable to get it to work (”Could not recognize the response from Twitter”), unlike other Twitter plugins which take the Consumer/API keys just fine. Developer has said it’s not being updated, so I’d save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

Now that Twitter has changed the game and launched their API offering the need for a good looking Twitter display in key.
This plug-in is just what we wanted – Works as a Widget. It does require a bit of set up – but no big deal.
