- Server name

- player count (current / maximum)

This plugin works, but it affect the page loading quite a bit…
It was not this bad on previous versions of WP.
But as the title says… It works and looks just the way I need it.
Please update the code for this and optimize the query. It does not have to query the servers on every pageload…
