Install the NextGEN Gallery plugin.
Upload the nggImageRotation directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ’Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Place the shortcode [nggallery id=1 template="imagerotation"] in your templates
