Adds the post thumbnail to the RSS feed using the XML tag specified in the Media RSS Specification, as well as an IMG tag in the RSS content.

shp-rssimagefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ’Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Ich habe das RSS-Featured-Image-Plugin auf 4 verschiedenen WordPress-Installationen getestet und es läuft wunderbar!
